Shipping Policy
We know your delivery is very important and we aim to send out your items as quickly as possible.
We endeavor to ship your items within 2-3 business days of you placing your order. This may be extended if some items on your order are out of stock. If a delay is expected, you will be notified asap. We ship items Monday-Friday. We ship to Australian destinations only.

Delivery
We use couriers & Aust Post to ship most items. Delivery times can vary between 2-7 business days. Please allow more time for rural or remote areas. If you have entered a PO
Box number for delivery, then your order will be shipped with Australia Post.
We do not accept liability for delivery delays caused by third parties.
Please ensure the correct address is submitted. We are not responsible if you have entered the address incorrectly. If a parcel is returned to us as being unclaimed or not deliverable due to the incorrect address entered, a refund will be issued for the product minus any postage paid.
Most orders are sent by Australia Post e-parcel service, ensuring that your order can be
traced. Occasionally we also use selected couriers. If no-one is at home when Australia Post or the courier delivers, you should receive a 'calling card' explaining where to collect the parcel from the Post Office (or for couriers, how to arrange re-delivery).

Heavy Order Exceptions
An additional cost may apply for any orders over 5kg in weight or large in size. We will contact
you first to approve any additional charge. Some heavy items may have an extra postage cost that is specified in the description of the product.


Click & Collect


We offer a click and collect option for those who can collect and wish to save on postage. There is no charge for click and collect. We aim to have your order ready within 2-3 business days. Please wait for your notification email to say your order is ready to collect and we can arrange a collection time as this is by appointment only. Only select this option if you can collect within 10 business days of your notification email. If we don’t see you in this time, we will contact you to arrange shipping of your items.

RETURN & EXCHANGE
POLICY



To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Items without proof of purchase will not be accepted. Self N Soul returns policy
covers items for 7 days from receipt of goods. Items after 7 days from receipt will not be accepted for any reason. An exchange or store credit is offered as we do not offer refunds.
Items must be returned unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it including the original packaging.

Faulty item received
If you have received a product that you believe is faulty, please contact us asap.
The faulty item will need to be returned. Once received by us it will be inspected and we will notify you of the approval or otherwise. You may choose to exchange the item or receive a store credit.
Incorrect item received
If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please contact the store via phone or email.
Sale items
Sale items are not eligible for exchange/returns
Returns Shipping
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. This does not apply if you have received a damaged item or the incorrect item
