When we breathe in a conscious connected and rhythmic way we enter an altered state of consciousness,
Our breath bridges the gap between our conscious mind and subconscious mind and our body.
Our body remembers everything that our mind forgets. So all the deep unresolved emotional wounds/trauma is stored within the body.
This breathwork creates space for those unresolved emotions to come to the surface to be felt and processed and released from the body.
While also assisting the body to unwind the nervous system and held patterns of tension.
It allows the body to complete interrupted arousal cycles (fight/flight/freeze/fawn) due to traumatic experiences.
We use bodywork to help move the body, to break up and move tension from the body and also energy work to also do the same.
Once the body releases, the nervous system is able to come back into homeostasis and balance and expands its window of tolerance
And as we release emotions/tension/trauma from the body (not just the mind) it creates space for the body, mind and spirit to heal and come back into a space of remembrance.

While some teachers will happily teach you Level 1 & 2 over a weekend or even via distance. I feel that with great energy & power, you need first to learn how to cultivate it for yourself, within yourself. That’s why I won’t attune anyone into level 2 before they have completed their 21 days of self-practice & self-study. What you learn with practice over this period is vital experience – its the subtleties of energy; it’s the feeling of being able to ‘self heal’; it’s being able to understand what might be troubling you at a mental, emotional & physical level; it’s the magic/science of ‘energy’; it is connecting with the power of the universe & testing the strength of your commitment, faith, confidence & personal empowerment.
